Another interesting dilemma given to G.P. Cleaners to solve was a large, local specialist engineering company who not only wanted clean walkways, but due to the sealants on the floor; also wanted the walkways to shine like a hospital floor. Again after a site survey, then through demonstrations and trials of cleaning equipment and chemicals a solution was found.

Firstly a ride-on and walk behind scrubber dryer was suggested using a pH neutral detergent to remove any oil, grease and dirt from the walkways and around machinery & equipment, the pH neutral detergent was chosen so as not to damage or affect the existing floor sealant.

Next a battery powered pedestrian polisher was used to provide a high quality, slip resistant gloss finish on the floor - by polishing at 2000 RPM and also using an integrated extraction unit so that any dust is collected into a convenient disposable bag.

So after a comprehensive operator training programme and cleaning schedule was set in place – another cleaning solution was provided by G.P. Cleaners.
